Deposits & Payments

    •    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the charter date and vessel.

    •    The remaining balance can be paid anytime between booking confirmation and charter departure time.

    •    Failure to pay the remaining balance by the 48-hour deadline may result in cancellation of the charter.

 

Cancellation by Customer

  More than 48 hours before charter day (before or up to 48 hours of charter day):

     - 50% of the total charter fee is refundable.

  Within 24 hours of charter day: No refunds will be issued.

No-shows or late arrivals:

Will be charged 100% of the charter fee, with no refunds.

 

Cancellation by Charter Company

If the charter is canceled by the company due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered:

    •    A full refund, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Note: Weather-related cancellations are determined solely by the captain or charter company in the interest of safety.

Weather Policy

    •    Light rain, overcast conditions, or forecasts deemed safe by the captain do not qualify for refunds.

    •    Weather decisions are made as close to the charter time as possible to ensure accuracy.

Additional Terms

    •    Charters depart at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not qualify for extended charter time.

    •    Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.

    •    By booking a charter, the customer agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.
